2013 reward now!!!!!!

How can customers use and gain our loyalty points? 
Customers will earn and then be able to spend their loyalty points at AmourShoes.co.uk. (EARN & SPEND)

For every £1.00 spent on our shop a customer will get 1 loyalty point, how much should that point be worth?
(£ 0.10)

Should points be awarded against the order total including or excluding delivery? 
TOTAL EXCLUDING DELIVERY


How many points should a customer have before they can redeem them? 
(60 points)

How long should the points remain valid for? 
This is based on your last order date, so every order will extend the validity of the points for this amount. So for example if a customer has 100 points which expire next month but they place an order today it will extend the validity of their first 100 points plus their new points for another 12 months.

Which order status should be set for the loyalty points to be awarded to the customer? 
The customer will be told on checkout that they will get X amount of points, (Dispatched)


Which order status will be set for the loyalty points to be removed from the customer? 
If a customers received points on an order and then changed this order to CANCEL, REFUND or your order FAIL, DECLINED for example you will loose the points off.
