From Clapham Junction train station to Ascot, despite the heavy rain the ladies turned out in force for Ladies day at Ascot yesterday.
One of the sporting highlights of the year, Ascot has long been known as a place where toffs in top hats enjoy top-class horse-racing. But in recent years it has become even more synonymous with outrageous fashion. We spot the celebrities and pick out some highlights from the sea of pink and feathers in what has become an annual celebration of all things hat-like.
